Eligibility requirements

• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• An internet browser, such as Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox
• A functional camera and microphone

If the test is successful, a pop-up box will appear in a moment and confirm that your device can be used for a QTC Telehealth appointment.

What to do if the test is unsuccessful

• Test a different device
• Use another internet browser
